We're currently on the lookout for a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our exceptional team!

As the first point of contact for our valued customers and clients, this team member plays a crucial role. This position needs someone who embodies traits of high reliability, exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and self-motivation.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday

What you will be doing:

  • First on phones - answering incoming calls
  • Calling customers to confirm sales reps & technicians' arrival times
  • Maintaining customer information in our CRM - we use Service Titan
  • Calling customers to schedule sales appointments
  • Other admin duties as assigned

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Polished phone etiquette with a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a condition offer of employment
