- Issue Resolution: Identify customer needs and work to resolve issues swiftly, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide knowledgeable support.
- Record-Keeping: Document interactions and updates in the customer management system to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay to management for potential improvements in products, policies, or processes.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to inform customers about relevant products or services that may enhance their experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure
