We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-tier service to our clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, able to handle customer concerns with empathy, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and efficient assistance.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify customer needs and work to resolve issues swiftly, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide knowledgeable support.
  • Record-Keeping: Document interactions and updates in the customer management system to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay to management for potential improvements in products, policies, or processes.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to inform customers about relevant products or services that may enhance their experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure
