Job Summary:
Columbus Fasteners Corp is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service and support to our customers. This role involves responding to inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing any product or service issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial and construction fasteners, be detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing knowledgeable assistance on product availability, specifications, and order status.
• Order Processing: Manage orders, track shipments, and confirm delivery timelines. Coordinate with warehouse staff to fulfill customer requests accurately and on time.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Columbus Fasteners' extensive inventory of fasteners, anchors, and MRO supplies, assisting customers in choosing the right products for their needs.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues with orders, deliveries, or products, ensuring a positive outcome and customer satisfaction.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inventory updates in our CRM system.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, warehouse, and product teams to streamline the order process and improve customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the industrial or construction supply sector.
• Knowledge of fasteners, anchors, or industrial supplies is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and order management systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
