The Courier Company is a leading delivery service in the Cincinnati region, come join our team!

We are seeking 2 Customer Service Representatives to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers taking phone and email delivery orders. Work hours generally 8-5pm, though we have some flexibility with work hours for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and orders
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
