As the leading provider of comprehensive solid waste and recycle services, CWD provides collection, recycling and disposal services to municipal, commercial, industrial and residential customers throughout the DFW metroplex and surrounding areas. Due to our extensive growth, we have the following position available:

Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representatives handle a significant volume of inbound calls from customers in order to provide information regarding trash work orders, services, complaints, etc. The goal of each CWD Customer Service Representatives is to provide the customer with “Best in Class Customer Service” on every call. This position requires good computer skills with the ability to quickly and accurately enter data into computer system while on the phone with customers.

This department works Monday – Friday between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, the schedule will depend on the company needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers by telephone to provide information regarding our services.
  • Following up with customers to ensure that their issues are sufficiently resolved.
  • Note the accounts with information regarding services orders, unresolved matters, action taken, and any relevant comments or notes.
  • Taking orders, and collecting the required information regarding matters or complaints that require further attention.
  • Ensuring that the information regarding customer requests or complaints is provided accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 12 continuous months of experience working in a high-volume contact center.
  • Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • This person needs to be a multi-tasker with a proven ability to establish and meet goals.

  • An energetic and enthusiastic self-starter that also works well in a fast paced and team- oriented environment.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, operations personnel and executive management.
  • Use exceptional telephone skills to present a quality-oriented image where the customer is treated in a consistent, courteous and efficient manner so that the impression reflects excellence.
  • Good conflict training, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual - Spanish/English

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
