Unified Vision is looking for a GTM Strategy & Business Operations Lead to join the founder's office and drive operational excellence across our diverse portfolio of brands. This role is ideal for a dynamic and versatile operator with a strong focus on go-to-market (GTM) strategies and early-stage business success. In addition to spearheading GTM initiatives, you will lead special projects encompassing industry research, portfolio operations, data analysis, and executive reporting. As part of a focused team within the founder's office, you will play a crucial role in launching, scaling, and ensuring the growth and success of Unified Vision's brands. Responsibilities
Develop and execute GTM strategies for both new and existing Unified Vision brands. Identify market opportunities and new strategies for portfolio company growth. Project manage new business and product launches, seamlessly operating in the 0-1 space of building. Lead special projects, including industry research and new growth strategies. Utilize data and analytics to provide insights for operational improvements and business growth. Prepare and present regular updates and reports to key stakeholders including the board, investors, and other executives. Work closely with cross-functional teams across all Unified Vision businesses. Develop documented sources of truth and organize founder's office within the business. Contribute to building and mentoring a high-performing team across all of Unified Vision. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university, with an emphasis on strategic thinking and innovation. 5+ years in a combination of consulting, investment banking, startups, or similar roles. Experience in early-stage and tech-driven environments is a requirement. Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities, with demonstrated intellectual rigor. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to influence and inspire teams. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and are energized by building foundational processes from the ground up. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to efficiently drive team members. A collaborative team player who values diverse perspectives and is committed to fostering an inclusive and innovative work environment. Ability to work 5 days a week in-office with a fully in-person team. Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $160,000 - $190,000. Total compensation for this position may also include stock options. Note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual's relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors.
