Reporting to the Senior Director Consumer Journey Management, the Director Consumer Journey Management will be responsible for setting the vision, defining the strategy, and driving implementation of UHC Consumer Journey Management capabilities. They will be responsible for the roadmap and continued expansion of our capabilities against each of the stages of the consumer lifecycle for a wide variety of UHC product lines. They will interact with leaders to deliver a truly best-in-class consumer journey capabilities. This person will strive to ensure the UHC business has the ability to deliver the right product, the right offer, and the right message, at the right time in every touchpoint within the customer journey. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:

Work in a product organization as the consumer engagement product expert Manage a platform used by multiple product lines and stakeholders across UHC Full product lifecycle management, including: strategy, design, development, management and end of life of new, existing or acquisition products Own the roadmap for Journey Management Technology Product Family within the Consumer Engagement Product Leverage market insights to understand market/customer needs to identify new opportunities or make adjustments to current product offerings Delivering product performance against expectations and updates changes to a product portfolio to improve competitive position, and optimal product performance to meet customer and market needs Delivering against financial metrics and business objectives Partner with internal and external stakeholders (key customers, product partnerships, etc.) to define and drive future product direction Provide leadership and direction through multiple layers of management and senior level professional staff Work across technology and business organizations to set direction and deliver against the needs of the business Develop a team of direct reports to support Product Management strategies You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications:

7+ years of working in product orientation in the fields of marketing, data or technology 7+ years of consumer marketing experience across online and offline channels Experience working on broad-scale consumer engagement technology solutions at a complex, matrixed organization Experience with the Adobe Experience Platform such as Adobe Real-Time CDP or Adobe Journey Optimizer (or comparable application) Proven experience leading a team of direct reports Demonstrated ability to create a product strategy that considers internal and external market forces, financial performance-driven KPIs, and technical and operational deliverability Proven track record of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders Proven ability to work independently in a large, complex, matrixed, and ever-changing environment Proven organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity Proven excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications:

The salary range for this role is $122,100 to $234,700 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
