Customer Service Specialist
Theodore, AL
$18/hr+

Job Responsibilities/Duties:
• Enter customer orders (heavy data entry)
• Revise customer orders when applicable
• Build orders in EDI to generate labels and packing lists as per customer requirements
• Review shipping documents
• Send shipping acknowledgments to customers
• Maintain customer files
• Assist Customer Service Manager, as needed
• Minor Job Responsibilities/Duties:
• Phone Support
• Deliver mail
• Greet visitors
Requirements:
• Education: High school graduate; some college coursework preferred
• Experience: 5 years in a fast-paced office environment
• Skills: Microsoft Office Programs, Excellent written and verbal skills
• Competency: Able to work independently, excellent organizational capability
• Physical Demands: Sit up to 8 hours on a regular basis and able to lift 10 pounds on a regular basis, 25 pounds on an occasional basis, 50 pounds on rare occasions
