Location: Remote, with a requirement to reside within 30 miles of one of the following locations: Portland, ME; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Washington, DC; Dallas, TX; or San Jose, CA. About the Role We are looking for a Senior Manager, Salesforce Product Management to own the execution and delivery of the Salesforce product roadmap by collaborating across the business on the product roadmap. This role will work across marketing, sales, and service, driving unification to target state of platforms, while also driving new capabilities for both the employee and customer experience. As a leader in the product team, you'll role model strategic thinking, customer obsession and a learning mindset, creating an environment where your cross-functional team can do the best work of their lives. How You'll Make an Impact Lead, inspire and empower a team of talented CRM and Salesforce product managers to define innovative experiences that delight our customers and win in the market. Own the product vision for Salesforce strategy: Ensure that it aligns with the overall product and company vision. Partner with marketing, sales, customer care, and technology teams to effectively implement process improvements and maximize the utilization of the CRM platform capabilities. Represent the customer. Be the champion and voice of customers. Leverage strong business acumen and partnership across WEX to define how we go to market and serve our customers. Communicate clearly and efficiently: Coordinate product release communications for your components. Coach and inspire a team, providing them with actionable and timely feedback to help them grow. Experience you'll bring: 8+ years of Product Manager experience in environments that embrace customer driven innovation. Experience in Salesforce marketing, sales, and service cloud products and technologies. Proven track record of setting product strategy for a large portfolio. Strong technical acumen, with an ability to understand how data, technology and common capabilities can enable your strategy and vision. Strong financial acumen, analytical and problem solving skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to influence key stakeholders. Undergraduate degree required, advanced degree is a plus. The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Pay Range: $147,000.00 - $196,000.00
