Active TS RequiredRequired Responsibilities/Duties:At least 8 years of experience, including 6 years of specialized experience in the information systems field.Ability to interface with technical staff and end-users to understand functional requirements to develop processes and procedures.Ability to write for technical and nontechnical audiences.Microsoft Office and Visio experience and advanced graphics skills.Perform stakeholder analyses to develop a deep understanding of cybersecurity program stakeholders and construct audience profiles to inform stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, and enterprise risk management.Analyze existing processes, applying government and industry best practices where practicable to recommend improvements to gain efficiencies in cybersecurity program communications.Support cybersecurity program goals by drafting content and communication materials (including but not limited to documentation for program initiatives, newsletters, articles, presentations, and educational content) to achieve program-tailored behavioral objectives.Recommend production schedules that accommodate technical experts, organizational deadlines and requirements for enterprise communications, and design personnel to create digital media, newsletters, and other creative products.Perform analysis to measure progress toward accomplishing communications goals and propose recommendations for development and enhancement of communication goals and strategies consistent with cybersecurity program priorities.Coordinate work activities and write and edit highly complex technical information technology related documents, including presentations, manuals, reports, and specifications.Create, develop, plan, write and edit highly complex technical documents for publication.Edit documentation for style, clarity, consistency, and adherence to customer guidelines.Support digital marketing promotion and communication efforts.Research highly complex technical concepts.Create new technical documents that are complex in nature. Conduct interviews with various technical staff to gather data for documentation.Write and edit policies, procedures, workflows, manuals.May lead large production efforts.
