Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree. 4 years of experience managing cross-functional challenges with data analytics. Experience with business modeling in spreadsheet and working with datasets using SQL. Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Sciences, or a related quantitative field or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting. 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment. Experience with stakeholder management across all organizational levels. Ability to develop a storyline, build presentation decks, and briefing documents that support insights. The Product and Solutions Activation (PSA) Strategy and Analytics team addresses questions about Google Ads products Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for Google Customer Solutions (GCS). We are cross-product and cross-functional, using analytics to drive strategic decision-making across a wide portfolio of Google Ads products for Global GCS customers. In this role, you will provide insights and capabilities needed for driving impactful product and GTM decisions that will enable GCS sellers to help businesses grow with Google. You will deploy advanced analytics to resolve novel problems to shape global PSA strategy and cross-product GTM. Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Provide insights from sophisticated business analysis and advanced modeling. Develop comprehensive product or business strategies that solve business challenges and address the needs of customers and stakeholders across various functions to drive incremental growth. Communicate data-driven recommendations to leadership and to the broader organization by preparing presentations and identifying key takeaways. Define actionable plans and roadmaps and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful implementation of change initiatives.
