Job Description
Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include answering phone calls, texts, online chats, and emails from customers interested in buying a vehicle at your car dealership. In many positions, you are the first point of contact with potential customers and work at the front desk to greet walk-in customers, answer questions, and provide assistance as needed. No car experience or education needed!

Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers in a professional manner in-person & on the phone
- Process payments, invoice and other miscellaneous office duties
- Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
- Maintain office supplies for specific location
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
