American Dream Auto Protect is seeking talent to join its growing Customer Service team, located at our Edison facility. This role is responsible for having the initial conversation with customers. Successful candidates will have excellent communication and customer service skills, strong work ethic, and be motivated by goals and bonus potential!
- Gathering key information from prospective customers and supporting their issues
- Maintaining a consistently positive attitude and customer-first approach to deliver an exceptional customer experience;
- Maintaining current knowledge of products and services offered;
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions;
- Ability to present oneself well over the phone;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- Highly coachable;
- Ability to effectively multi-task;
- Experience in a call center a plus (training will be provided);
- Basic computer and typing skills;
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
