We are seeking an Accounting Manager for our operations based in Randolph, Massachusetts, 02368, United States. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing various accounting projects, with a particular focus on utilizing the Acumatica software. The role involves a lot of report and query writing, and requires a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
• Utilizing Acumatica to handle various accounting tasks, ensuring efficient and accurate operations.
• Managing the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
• Overseeing the billing functions and auditing processes to ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
• Utilizing strong Excel skills to create, manage, and analyze various financial reports.
• Applying a strong understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, to manage and optimize accounting functions.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Accounting Software Systems and utilizing this knowledge to enhance accounting processes and systems.
• Responding to and resolving any accounting inquiries or issues in a timely and detail oriented manner.• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems to manage and streamline financial data
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to aid in business processes
• Comprehensive understanding of all Accounting Functions for effective management
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure timely payments to vendors
• Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) to maintain accurate records and follow-ups
• Strong knowledge in Auditing to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting
