We are currently in search of an Accounting Manager to join our team in Weehawken, New Jersey. As an Accounting Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing the implementation of accounting software systems, managing financial services, and ensuring the smooth operation of the accounting functions within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Implement and monitor the use of accounting software systems for efficient financial management
• Engage with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to streamline the accounting process
• Conduct regular auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
• Manage and utilize BlackLine and Concur technologies for efficient financial operations
• Oversee the billing functions within the organization, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Liaise with ADP - Financial Services for efficient payroll processing and management
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records for the organization
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as necessary
• Resolve customer inquiries regarding their accounts or billing.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required.
• Familiarity with BlackLine software is essential.
• Ability to use Concur software efficiently is expected.
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems is necessary.
• Strong command over various Accounting Functions is crucial.
• Expertise in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is needed.
• Ability to manage Accounts Receivable (AR) is a prerequisite.
• Experience in Auditing is a key requirement.
