Accounting Manager Job at Robert Half in Bridgewater

My client a rapidly growing pharmaceutical advertising company has a remote opportunity for an Accounting Manager.

• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end.
• Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Developing a company’s financial and accounting policies, workflows and methods.

The ideal candidate will have 

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA and Public Accounting highly preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel.
