We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to manage a vibrant and diverse team of financial professionals. Responsibilities:
As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the operations of the accounting department, which include:

1. Overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
2. Implementing and maintaining a system of internal controls that will ensure company assets are adequately safeguarded.
3. Ensuring all financial reporting deadlines are met, both internal and external.
4. Coordinating, preparing, and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
5. Coordinating and/or preparing tax schedules, returns, and information.
6. Managing the preparation of the company's budget and financial forecasts.
7. Implementing and monitoring the company's financial policies and procedures.
8. Reviewing and analyzing financial data for strategic decision-making purposes.
9. Training, mentoring, and evaluating accounting staff to develop their skills and effectiveness.
10. Coordinating activities with external auditors.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this pivotal role, you must possess the following:

1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or a CPA certification would be a plus.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position.
3. Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
4. Proficiency in banking and financial software systems.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
10. High level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality.
