Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking to fill a newly-created Accounting Manager role in the Triad area of North Carolina. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills in accounting with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. Accounting Manager job duties:
•Report to Director of Finance
•Hands-on leadership in A/P, A/R, collections, and month-end closing.
•Provide timely financial analysis to management
•Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit work papers
•Support special projects to enhance departmental efficiency.
•Prepare regular reconciliation reports and outcomes.
•Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
•Lead and coach direct reports (staff of 2), providing guidance and training.
•Resolve customer payment and billing issues.
•Analyze reconciliation data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Desired Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
•Minimum of 5 years in a general accounting role.
•Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
•Proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, V-lookups)
•Business Intelligence tool experience is a plus.
•Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with deadlines.
•Team player who fits well within a positive company culture.

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
