We are on the hunt for an Accounting Clerk to join our team in the construction industry located in Carmichael, California, 95608, United States. In this role, you will be involved in a range of tasks including processing payments, managing electronic filing, coordinating meetings, and handling invoicing.
Responsibilities:
• Processing and posting customer payments efficiently
• Managing and sending out bids as necessary
• Scanning contracts and ensuring they are filed electronically in an organized manner
• Handling invoicing tasks using QuickBooks
• Coordinating meetings with Project Managers as needed
• Assisting with billing and associated tasks
• Utilizing skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and Quickbooks Online for various tasks.• Proficient in Account Reconciliation, ensuring accurate financial records.
• Experienced in handling Accounts Payable (AP), managing company's financial obligations efficiently.
• Skilled in managing Accounts Receivable (AR), tracking all incoming funds accurately.
• Adept at Billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
• Proficient in Data Entry, ensuring accurate recording of financial data.
• Skilled in Invoice Processing, ensuring the prompt and accurate processing of all invoices.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, utilizing its functions for financial data management.
• Familiarity with Oracle financial management software, using it effectively for accounting tasks.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks, managing all financial transactions with this software.
• Experience with SAP for efficient financial management.
• Knowledgeable in QuickBooks Online, utilizing its features for efficient remote accounting tasks.
