Are you a proactive and detail-oriented accounting professional with a passion for leadership and financial accuracy? We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting department operations and help drive the growth of our business. If you have a strong background in accounting management, particularly in the real estate industry, and are ready to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Direct operations to achieve business and financial objectives, lead L-10 meetings, and coordinate interdepartmental support for optimal workflow.
Financial Reporting & Accounting Management: Oversee budgeting, prepare, review, and submit financial reports, and ensure accuracy in monthly financial reporting.
Client & Team Communication: Address client concerns, maintain effective communication with clients and team members, and provide guidance to staff.
Personnel & Compliance Management: Handle sensitive information per compliance guidelines, maintain training documentation, and ensure ethical decision-making.
Continuous Improvement & Adaptability: Identify opportunities for process improvement, manage change, and adapt to new challenges.

Execution & Results: Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all tasks.
Judgment & Ethics: Make informed decisions with strong ethical standards.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field preferred.
3-5 years of accounting management experience in the real estate industry.
Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
