Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop a team, ensuring efficiency and productivity
• Understand and interpret financial statements to gain insights into the company's financial health
• Handle journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
• Prioritize tasks and improve processes to enhance the efficiency of accounting operations
• Oversee the general ledger, ensuring all financial data is accurate
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting
• Maintain and manage balance sheets, ensuring they accurately reflect the company's financial status.• Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a prerequisite for this role.
• Experience with journal entries is a key requirement.
• Applicant should have extensive knowledge of managing general ledgers.
• The ability to prepare and analyze financial statements is essential.
• Experience with balance sheets is required for this position.
