Job Description
We are offering a short term part time contract employment opportunity in the accounting industry at our location in Holland, Ohio, United States. The role of an Accounting Clerk is crucial to our team, with key responsibilities including the processing of customer credit applications, maintenance of precise customer credit records, and addressing customer inquiries. The successful candidate will also oversee customer accounts and take necessary actions.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle customer credit applications
• Uphold precise records of customer credit
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries
• Monitor customer accounts and carry out necessary actions
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) tasks, with approximately 200 accounts per month
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, with around 50-60 accounts per month
• Ensure cash receipts are correctly applied and recorded
• Oversee invoice processing tasks
• Perform account reconciliations
• Utilize various software including Microsoft Excel, and SAGE
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to handle Billing procedures
• Proficient in Data Entry tasks
• Experience in Invoice Processing
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Sage software
