We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor based in MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, Ohio. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing various accounting functions and ensuring the smooth operation of accounting software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions within the organization.

• Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.

• Maintain and update customer credit records on a regular basis.

• Resolve all customer inquiries related to their credit applications promptly and professionally.

• Implement and manage Accounting Software Systems for improved financial operations.

• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Supervise billing functions, including AIA Billing, to ensure all invoices are issued according to company policies.

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and BlackLine for financial reporting and analysis.

• Coordinate with the team to manage and optimize the use of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems.

• Handle specific accounting tasks related to the construction industry when required.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Extensive knowledge of Accounting Functions is a must

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential

• Ability to handle Billing Functions is required

• Knowledge of AIA Billing is a plus

• Experience in Construction Accounting is desirable
