Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Manage cash flow and prepare budgets meticulously

• Develop and enforce accounting principles, practices, and procedures

• Generate accurate and timely financial statements

• Interpret financial reports and provide insights to non-finance managers

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems effectively for various tasks

• Leverage ADP - Financial Services for accounting functions

• Use BlackLine and Concur for financial management

• Engage with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient operations

• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations

• Carry out regular auditing to ensure financial compliance

• Manage billing functions diligently.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required
• Familiarity with BlackLine software is necessary
• Competency in using Concur is expected
• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential
• Ability to manage all Accounting Functions effectively
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
• Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience in Auditing procedures is a must
• Capability to handle Billing Functions effectively
