Seeking out an Accounting Manager for a role in the Doral/Hialeah/Medley area!
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and be able to lead a team effectively.
*Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation
- Manage financial reporting and budgeting processes
- Oversee general ledger accounting and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Provide financial analysis and interpretation of reports
- Mentor and develop accounting staff
- Utilize financial management software such as Quicken for efficient operations
*Qualifications*
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven experience in financial management, double entry bookkeeping, and technical accounting
- Strong understanding of financial acumen and reporting
- Ability to interpret complex financial reports accurately
- Proficiency in general ledger accounting and financial analysis
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Prior experience mentoring accounting professionals
