The Opportunity – Accounting Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the financial operations of our companies. The Accounting Manager will maintain financial records, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations.

Responsibilities: Accounting Manager

• - Support CFO
• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the accounting department
• - Prepare and review financial statements and reports
• - Monitor the company's financial condition and performance
• - Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures
• - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• - Coordinate and work with external auditors
• - Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
• - Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes

Ideal Accounting Manager Candidates:

• Are highly detail-oriented
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and best practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
• Experienced user of Quickbooks Online and Desktop
• Experience as Accounting Supervisor, Accounting Manager, or Controller,
• Review work for accuracy
• Have experience processing accounts payable and receivable
• Have experience processing payroll (Processing and Reporting)
• Customer service oriented with diplomatic negotiant skills

Exceptional Accounting Manager Candidates:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
