Core Job Duties and Responsibilities:Review all monthly compilations, cash flow forecasts, fixed asset and depreciation calculationsProvides Price Engagement Letters and ProposalsReview and oversee accounting work to ensure timely running around all accounting department engagementsManages Accounting Client Billing, Accounting Department Budgets/Realization/DeadlinesEnforcement of Billing PolicyUtilize SuiteCRM daily to monitor project status is currentConduct weekly accounting meetings and attend weekly management meetingsWork with Dept. Heads to ensure deadlines are metSchedule client meetings, agendas, and manage report due datesAssist with other client services as outlined in the firms engagement letter and proposal submitted to the clientPerforms other related duties as assigned by management.Supervisory Responsibilities:Mentor, supervise, and train accounting staffAddress client and staff questions and concerns in a timely matterCarries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable lawsLeverage technology to create more efficient processes and enhance staff productivityResponsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Job Qualifications:Must have at least five (5) years of relevant work experience in public accounting firms (US-based)Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business ManagementCPA desirable, but not requiredComputer Skills required: Expert Level experience in Accounting Software (QuickBooks or similar) and Excel is a mustApply now and be part of our growing team!
