We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to become an integral part of our team! We are steadily growing and very busy!

Responsibilities:

  • Calculate costs of goods and services and update the companies website and Quick Books
  • Billing, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Payroll, Inventory management
  • Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
  • Perform all other office tasks as needed and requested

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with billing, accounting procedures.
  • Experience in Quick books
  • Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
