Our well-known Tech and SaaS client is seeking a talented Digital Project Manager with a strong ability to think critically and maintain a data-driven approach. This role involves tracking digital project timelines and results, preparing detailed presentations and dashboards, and keeping key stakeholders informed of campaign history, status, and forecasts. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be capable of engaging with stakeholders and agencies with varying levels of technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Track digital project progress, duration, and outcomes.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to interpret data, document findings, and drive projects forward.
Identify and report on data trends effectively.
Manage personal work schedules, deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
Exhibit strong planning and organizational abilities.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, working alongside digital and editorial teams to align deliverables with client requirements.
Communicate effectively and demonstrate exceptional client management skills.
Lead and coordinate small teams during internal status meetings, providing leadership with a comprehensive overview of multiple campaigns’ progress.
Translate client requirements into actionable project plans and convey these requirements to the team.
Respond to client escalations involving backend data issues.
Manage time efficiently, balancing multiple digital projects across various environments and resources.
Ensure brand compliance in all project deliverables.
Analyze complex digital project challenges and propose solutions, specifying the necessary resources.
Monitor and analyze project progress daily and weekly to confirm on-time, budget-compliant delivery.
Proactively escalate issues that could impact project outcomes, providing collaborative, solution-oriented recommendations.
Maintain strong relationships with external vendors as needed.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in end-to-end management of digital projects.
Proven track record of successful project management with a focus on digital and data-driven campaigns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and team members effectively.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and software is preferred.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48 to $52 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
