UAH Dining Services is seeking a full-time Accounting Assistant to support the Unit Contoller with daily reporting activities in the office. This will be the lead position responsible for ensuring all daily responsibilities including cash deposits, accounts payable, accounts receiveable, financial reporting are completed and reported accurately. Position will assist Unit Controller with financial analysis and reporting for all 13 dining locations on campus. Previous experience in an Accounting role is preferred.

We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to become an integral part of our team! You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices.

Responsibilities:

• Count and enter cash deposits
• Collect and enter invoices for payment
• Distribute invoices for sales review
• Complete financial reporting activities weekly
• Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
• Perform all other office tasks

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
• Experience in data entry
• Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
