Job Description
Jim Hudson Lexus needs to hire an Accounting Clerk to work with out Accounting Office! You will be responsible for performing a variety of general accounting and clerical support tasks to help keep the dealership running smoothly. We prefer automotive experience within accounts payable / receivables and Reynolds and Reynolds.

Responsibilities - Automotive Accounting Clerk:
- Answer the telephone in a friendly, professional manner
- Responsible for posting, coding, and writing monthly and daily payable checks
- Reconciling schedules and balancing statements
- Handle receivables
- Stock in new car invoices from the Factory
- Stock in used car purchases
- Retail and wholesale deal posting
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications / Requirements
- Knowledge of how to code payables from a chart of accounts, expense accounts, accrued accounts etc.
- Attention to detail and organized
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and listening skills
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
