We are looking for an Accounting Manager to join our Accounting Team in our Corporate office in Campbell, CA!


Job Summary: Manage the daily activities in all of the organizations accounting functions, which may included cost and general accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Below is a compilation of primary job duties and responsibilities for this role, supplemented by certain supportive tasks.   • Maintain the organization's general ledger, tracking assets, liabilities, expenses, and revenues.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close and financial reporting.
  • Assist internal and/or external auditors with periodic auditing or the organization's financial records and statements.
  • Review bank account reconciliations to manage cash flow.
  • Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives with financial insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll process.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Manage Fixed Asset reporting, including project implementations and tax depreciation.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and other FP&A analysis.
  • Create company-wide SOPs to document internal processes and controls.
  • Perform regular Job Cost Analysis.


Qualifications:

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 5 years experience within accounting and finance.
  • Certificates/Licenses: CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Computer Skills: strong computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (especially in Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and accounting software (especially Vista Viewpoint).
  • Interpersonal Skills: ability to work with and interface with a wide variety of people including, clients, employees, other members of management, and agencies. Ability to build collaborative relationships and adapt to a dynamic work environment and meet deadlines.
  • Leadership: strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to develop and mentor others. Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Mathematical Skills: proficiency in arithmetic operations (i.e., addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Organization and Planning: strategic thinking skills and manage individual priorities and drive work activities for themselves and others.
  • Problem Solving: ability to identify transactional errors, creating solutions through critical thinking.


Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
  • Hearing adequate to perform job duties in person.
  • Able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone.
  • Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties and respond to dangerous situations.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, squatting, sitting, pushing, and pulling.
  • Manual dexterity to operate a keyboard and other electronic devices. Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Able to safely ascend or descend step ladders, stairs, ramps, etc.
  • Adjust or move objects up to 20 pounds in all directions without assistance.
  • May work in areas where hazardous substances are present.


Salary:

  • $145,200/year - $175,500/year
