Job Description

Seeking an Accounting Specialist to become an integral part of their team! You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices.

Responsibilities:

Calculate costs of goods and services
Track and record deliveries to customers
Distribute invoices for sales review
Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
Experience in data entry
Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
Ability to prioritize and multitask

Individual must have experience with Bank & Credit Card reconciliations, invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable Journal Entries, Financial Reporting, Fixed Assets, Software: Kronos, SAP, Sage. Preferred Accounting Ag Experience. Must be flexible with shift and work overtime and weekends if necessary.
