If you are reliable, detailed oriented and have a accounting and administrative experience, Northern One Hour Heating & Cooling, Ben Franklin Plumbing& Mister Sparky Electric has a great opportunity for you! This is a hourly paid position Monday thru Friday, 7:30AM-4PM and reports to our Lead Accountant.

Responsibilities
- Payroll processing- Performance and hourly
- Process and maintain maintenance agreement accruals and billings.
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Maintenance Agreement Set-up and CC updates
- PO Itemization & Reconciliations
- Help with reporting and other financial data
- 2-Year Degree or Equivalent Experience Recommended.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Understands accounts payable, accounts receivable and various accounting practices.
- Ability to work both independent and as part of team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude and team player a MUST!
