Job Description
We are looking to fill an Accounting Manager with a company based in Dallas. This company has plans of going public in 1-2 years and this role is open due to growth. Our client is looking for a candidate that can lead a large portion of the month-end close and financial reporting. This candidate will also assist with the audit process. The ideal candidate will have experience working with inter-company and financial statement consolidations. The company has a high-energy environment and great culture - this is a hybrid role and pays 120K-125K plus a bonus.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the management of day-to-day general ledger accounting activities and projects
Responsible for period-end close procedures for assigned balance sheets and income statement accounts for multi-entities
Responsible for the preparation of monthly financial reporting & analysis package
Identify opportunities to automate general ledger impacting activities.
Prepare workpapers for audits (GAAP) and perform SOX controls when applicable
Assist with Ad-Hoc Projects
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Accounting
CPA is a plus
5+ year of experience and management experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
