Join Our Client's Team as an Accounting Assistant!

We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Accounting Assistant to become a vital part of our client's family-oriented team! This on-site position, from 8 AM to 5 PM, offers an incredible opportunity to work within a thriving environment that values professionalism and common sense.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain separation of two distinct companies while using proprietary software tailored for the industry.
• Match purchase orders with invoices and attach invoices to checks prior to mailing.
• Order Certificates of Insurance.
• Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, record-keeping, and communication with vendors and customers.
• Sort, date stamp, and distribute all incoming mail and packages.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in the construction industry or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using standard office equipment and software.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
