Enjoy an awesome work environment with remote possibilities and some flexibility in hours Responsibilities: • Build new reporting systems and manage all current accounting systems • Manage virtual assistants in the Philippines and other office personnel • Responsible for all bookkeeping, including maintaining the books, paying the bills, handling payroll, assuring the collection of commissions, maintaining the budget, and generating financial reports • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards • Coordinate the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipment • Keep the Operations Manager informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled • Long-term planning • First Impressions and all other office-related duties • Retention activities Bookkeeping (all related entities) • Set up all ACH debit/credit accounts, manage all company debit cards and credit cards, etc. • Integrate Transaction Report into QuickBooks • Work with contract bookkeeper CPA • Update and maintain the Chart of accounts • All bank account reconciliations (monthly) for GTR and affiliated companies • Credit card reconciliations (monthly) • Daily Cash Reports • All accounts payable • All payroll • All accounts receivable and invoicing including; vendor / strategic partner/tenant (rent and marketing fees), B-A fees, Onboarding fees, annual fees, transaction fees, etc. • All GTR spreadsheets • Transaction file compliance and cloud management • Cash management/cash flow analysis • Financial statements • IRS 941s and all quarterly reporting thru the payroll company • Personal property filings • All W2s • Year-end close-out for CPA • NC Sec of State filings • All credit/debit card charges • New credit card for mileage points • Weekly sales report (including a pipeline from DotLoop) • Weekly cash flow report • Monthly reporting: income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting, projections • Monthly track projected against actual • Manage quarterly/annual MLS NAR Dues • Executive Assistant to CEO COO Qualifications: Applicant Requirements: • Must have bookkeeping experience Quick Books Pro designation a plus • Must have a 4-year college degree • North Carolina Real Estate License a big plus • Must have some management experience Applicant Strengths: • Well written with strong communication skills • Extremely organized (almost to a fault) • Detail oriented • Ability to vision cast, lead and manage others • Technology-oriented with extensive experience in Excel, Word, and Publisher • Strong experience in creating Excel spreadsheets and organization tracking • Ability to learn new technology quickly • Friendly, likable, and must make a great first impression • Huge opportunity for the right candidate Please apply ONLY if you meet all applicant requirements.
