Local Family Owned Painting Contractor.

Duties include but not limited to:
-Serve as the primary support person for the Owners and sales team with your primary duties being Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Invoicing of jobs. Prior experience with great understanding of the accounting cycle is a must.
- Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and office skills required
- Computer experience, MS Office, QuickBooks, data entry required
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and willing to adapt. Attention to detail a must!
- Payroll knowledge a plus, but not mandatory
Expectations and Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable and Receivable processing
- Managing of AP clerk and a part time Admin
- Cash applications and accounts receivable collections.
- Bank deposits, credit card and electronic payment postings.
- Completing a monthly credit card reconciliation as needed.
- Reconciling accounts receivable invoices with estimates. Reconciling monthly statements with QuickBooks to ensure accuracy of payments made. Process payments prior to the due date.
- Follow all company procedures for accounts receivables and accounts payable.
- Process all transactions timely, communicate in advance to your supervisor when it is not possible.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)
