Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction:
Spearhead the visual identity and creative strategy for the brand across all platforms, ensuring cohesive storytelling and brand consistency.
Conceptualize, schedule, and execute editorial, social, and creative campaigns.
Content Creation & Execution:
Edit video and graphic content for the website, advertisements, and social media platforms.
Create and post all social media content across various channels.
Continuously research industry trends and competitor strategies to elevate the brand's visual storytelling and maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration & Management:
Collaborate with content creators or freelancers to supplement in-house creative efforts.
Plan and design email and SMS marketing campaigns tailored to the brand's target audience and aligned with current market trends.
Qualifications:
Strong expertise in social media and digital marketing.
Experience in e-commerce, beauty, wellness, or fashion industries.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and content strategy development.
Demonstrated ability to create visually compelling and innovative brand stories.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
