About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Accounting Officer to lead and manage its accounting and finance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial reporting, tax planning, and other projects, and must be adept at developing and implementing comprehensive financial strategies that align with the company's mission and business objectives. This role requires ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of the financial reporting process with all relevant accounting standards and regulations. The Chief Accounting Officer will also be tasked with monitoring and managing cash flow, treasury, and working capital to optimize financial resources, as well as ensuring compliance with J-SOX, including the testing and documentation of internal controls. Applicants for the Chief Accounting Officer position at the company should hold an active CPA license and have more than 10 years' accounting experience, with a preference for a mix of public accounting and industry experience in finance leasing. Extensive experience in managing global accounting operations and in-depth knowledge of financial statement analysis, metrics, and reporting are essential.
