Job Requirements: Dealership experience is required

• Strong understanding of Basic Accounting Principles
• Experience in Accounting
• Experience with General Ledger Functions
• Strong Attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Problem solving skills.
• Experience in a dealership accounting setting is required.
• Experience with Dealertrack DMS is strongly preferred but not required.

Experience in the following areas is greatly needed:

• Daily bank deposit
• Payables/Receivables
• Stocking in Vehicle Inventory
• Basic Accounting Principles
• Maintain and perform data entry accurately with multiple spreadsheets.

• Day-to-day work will include journal entries, transactional accounting, and account reconciliations.

Desired Skills

• Strong PC skills- Microsoft Office (word, excel, and outlook).
• Professional communication skills with staff, customers and vendors required.
• Have an excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Accuracy and timeliness are mandatory.
