Job Description

Japanese Manufacturing Company is seeking an Accounting/Admin Coordinator to become an integral part of the team!! You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices.

Position: Accounting/Admin Coordinator
Industry: Japanese Manufacturing Company
Location: Torrance, CA / South Bay area
Pay: $50K-$60K (DOE)
Status: Full time / Direct hire

Responsibilities:

Perform accounting tasks including invoicing/AR
Assist in inputting detailed and accurate data into company programs and system
Communicate with vendors
Assist in closing the months out in accounting
Managing day-to-day transactions

Qualifications:

B.A. in Accounting major or equivalent experience
2-3 years of Accounting experience: A/R & A/P, GL, Financial Statement support
Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
Proficient with MS Office
Experience in data entry
Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
Ability to prioritize and multitask
