Responsibilities:
Perform routine audits of PI’s contracts to verify all elements of the delivery comply with the terms of the contract. Perform periodic spot checks of PI’s contracts, assessing continuous compliance with the terms of the contract. Audit task order delivery pricing against contractual pricing and pricing proposed across PI public sector proposals. Review PI’s subcontract agreements for agreement with PI’s prime contracts and track subcontractor’s adherence to all terms. Collaborate with account managers to support quality assurance activities. Assist with government audit requests. Support the development and delivery of PI Government contract compliance training initiatives, training PI employees on policy, compliance, and other acquisition matters. Assist in developing appropriate internal controls to safeguard service delivery and compliance with PI’s contracts, our procedures, and policies. Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred. Member of a professional contracts association (Preferred). At least 8 years of experience working in federal contracting. Experience specifically within Contract Management and Contract Administration (Preferred). Knowledge of government contracting regulations and principles, experience with subcontracting practices, experience maintaining policies and procedures. Experience working with senior leadership in a large company (Preferred). Weekly attendance in the office preferred. Estimated total compensation for this position:
118,000.00 – 140,000.00 USD per year Location:
