Executive Auto Group, Connecticut’s largest automotive retailer with 13 franchises and still growing is currently looking for a “top talent” Automotive Accounting Clerk
Description: The candidate should be fluent in:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Reconciling various General Ledger accounts
- Maintaining Schedules
- Posting deposits
- Daily banking
- Processing floorplan payments
- Breaking down and posting deals
- Scanning
- Posting Inventory
Requirements:
- Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) preferably CDK.
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter who can work both independently and with others.
- Must have general accounting knowledge and experience.
- Must have computer proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
- Integrity, a positive attitude, and strong work ethic required.
- Be a reliable Team Player
- Must be able to maintain confidential information.
- Pleasant appearance and attitude
- Regular on-time attendance is an essential function of this position to meet deadlines.
