Our job is to streamline and simplify our community health partners’ paths to successfully serve San Francisco’s most vulnerable residents. Initiatives benefit from becoming part of SFPHF’s larger legal entity but continue to carry out their programmatic strategies independently. In addition to fiscal sponsorship, SFPHF also provides funding for SFDPH capacity building and staff development.
