MARC E OCONNOR CPA PA is hiring: Bookkeeper Accounting Assistant in Cooper City

We are looking for a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team! Work on 50-100 different clients over the course of a year who prepare their books on a quarterly or annual basis.  

Responsibilities:

• Prepare client QuickBooks from client provided records
• Prepare client Year-End workpapers 
• Monthly/Quarterly bookkeeping tasks 

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of QuickBooks
• Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated
