CRST’s Flatbed Solutions team delivers reliable and versatile flatbed trucking services across North America. Job Summary:
Managing an organization's financial information and ensuring its accuracy. Accounting involves the recording and reporting of financial transactions while finance deals with managing the organization's financial resources and making decisions that maximize its value. The accounting and finance function creates financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. They also oversee tax compliance, cash, and risk management, and manage the organization's investments. This function informs stakeholders of the organization's financial health, and their decisions impact the allocation of resources and the organization's ability to grow and succeed. By providing insights into the organization's financials, the accounting and finance function helps to guide decision-making and ensure that the organization is operating efficiently and effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Leadership

Develops policies and procedures

Required Experience:

Four-year degree in Finance or Accounting

7+ years experience including time leading people

Advanced MS Office knowledge, specifically with MS Excel

  • History working with Agents and/or Contractors

This position will be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) with a target payout of 10% of the annual base salary.

Work Location: 200 Republic St Birmingham AL 35214

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
