We build experiences for the site and mobile app to provide customers with effortless order management, tracking, and agency over their orders. Throughout the customer experience, we also make it easy for customers to engage with their past purchases, repurchase, and discover new products. We are seeking an outstanding Senior Product Manager to help us raise the bar on delivery convenience. You will be responsible for personalizing the post-purchase delivery tracking and exceptions experience to drive engagement and build long-term customer trust. This role will reinforce the value of shopping with Amazon by helping customers have a hassle-free post-purchase order tracking/management experience. You will: Own development and communication of the long-term vision and goals Define customer requirements and use case prioritization Own the test and learn roadmap and be responsible for business results Coordinate with design teams, technical teams, and other business stakeholders across the company to launch innovative new features and programs, and to improve customer engagement with our existing world-class delivery tracking Monitor and react to customer needs and feedback, constantly improving and expanding the experience Candidates should have strong customer focus and business judgment, and be skilled at breaking down complex, high-level ideas into executable features and distinct phases. The ability to influence cross-functionally at all levels will be critical to success in this role. Key job responsibilities: Innovating on behalf of our customers Managing the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution across multiple lines of businesses Ownership of the product suite and its business expansion, measures of success, and roadmap for your products Prioritizing engineering work while balancing the requirements of customers and stakeholders Evangelizing the product both internally and externally Working with key stakeholders in the company to identify and drive product solutions to support business expansion, associate experience, and internal business and tech customers Defining product strategy and requirements based on an intimate knowledge of the customer and technology Establishing product goals and reviewing success metrics to achieve commercial success Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Experience managing technical products or online services Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning Preferred Qualifications: Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
