This group is looking to add a Corporate Development Manager with background and industry experience in Semiconductor manufacturing for AD&G, Communications, and/or AI. This team boasts a solid track record - staying active in acquisitions and operating as a liaison between C-Suite, Investors, and marketing functions within the organization. Ideal candidates have

industry experience

within Semiconductor technology companies, in addition to Financial Services (Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development), with 5+ years of experience. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning : Collaborate with senior leadership to define corporate growth strategies and identify potential targets for acquisition or partnership. Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats to the business. Financial Modeling : Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses to support investment decisions and evaluate potential deals. Due Diligence : Lead the due diligence process for potential acquisitions, ensuring all financial, legal, and operational aspects are thoroughly evaluated. Negotiation : Engage with potential partners or acquisition targets, negotiating terms and conditions that align with company objectives. Integration Planning : Work closely with various departments to develop integration plans for acquired companies or new partnerships. Liaison : Act as a liaison between the company and its investors, ensuring transparent and timely communication regarding corporate strategies and performance. Reporting : Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to stakeholders, highlighting corporate development activities and their impact on overall business growth. Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders to foster trust and confidence in the company's growth strategies. Brand Positioning : Collaborate with the marketing team to align corporate development initiatives with overall brand strategy and messaging.
