Responsibilities –

• Review and manage tax returns for a diverse range of clientele.
• Preparation and review of compilations and reviews.
• Conduct tax complex research.
• Respond to IRS and state agency audits, inquiries, and tax notices.

What we are looking for –

• A friendly, organized and detail-oriented individual who loves the challenge of identifying problems and looking for solutions.
• Someone who is interested in advancement and developing client relationships.  We are looking for someone to engage with our clients and wants a place to land long term. 
• Experience in individual, business, and trust tax compliance and planning (experience in Lacerte is a plus).
• Experience in accounting clean-up (past experience in QuickBooks and QuickBooks online is a plus).
• Desire and ability to train, mentor/lead, and develop staff.
• This position requires an active CPA license. Bachelor's Degree required (MST is a plus).
